Enhanced chat with Poggio agents, now in Slack

Poggio chat is now in Slack with an enhanced user experience.
You can chat with Poggio agents right in your flow of work: Ask Poggio questions about an account, get guidance on the best sales plays, and prep for an upcoming sales call, all connected to your CRM, and inside Slack where you already work.
Plus, Poggio’s Slack app lets you work across your accounts, collaborate with colleagues in shared channels, and get the full context of your interactions with Poggio agents without leaving the conversation. It’s like having a personal Sales AI assistant with you at every step of the way, from prospecting to closed/won.
With this update, chat is no longer available in the Poggio app. To get the enhanced chat experience, install Poggio in Slack. Once you’ve installed the Poggio Slack app:
- Connect to Poggio: Type @Poggio followed by a question or command (e.g. @Poggio - Build an account plan for Salesforce) in any Slack channel. You’ll be prompted to sign in to Poggio.
- Link accounts to Slack channels (optional): Type /poggio link <accountdomain.com>, and Poggio will automatically post summaries of account news, financial filings, and team updates to the channel.
