Poggio Slack App

Set up and use the Poggio Slack integration

The Poggio Slack app gives you access to all the information about your account right in Slack. This includes our own deep research, CRM data, recent customer call recordings, and more.

Getting started

Visit poggio.io/product/slack to install the app.

Once the app is installed, just @Poggio with a question. You will be prompted to connect your Poggio workspace to Slack, then Poggio will respond in a thread. You can continue the conversation in the thread, just make sure to @Poggio so we know to respond.

To start, try something like "What's the latest on [account]?" Or, "Who are the key stakeholders at [account]?"

Linking accounts

To get the most out of Poggio, you can link Poggio accounts to dedicated Slack channels. For example, in a channel like #acct-salesforce, run /poggio link salesforce.com. Once an account is linked, Poggio will research the account and proactively search relevant news. When Poggio finds important information, it will send a summary directly to the linked channel. This includes team changes, financial filings, and other important news stories. You also don't have to name the account in your questions. For example, you can say, "Prep me for my upcoming call" and Poggio will know which account you mean.

Slash commands

We support the following slash commands:

  • /poggio digest - Show the latest account news for this channel.
  • /poggio info - Show linked accounts in this channel.
  • /poggio link <account domain> - Link this channel to an account.
  • /poggio unlink - Unlink this channel from an account.
  • /poggio connect - Link your Poggio user account to Slack.
  • /poggio disconnect - Unlink your Poggio user account from Slack.
  • /poggio help - List all commands.

Direct messages

For private conversations, send a direct message to the Poggio user in Slack. No need to @Poggio in DMs; the agent will respond to every message.
